Jean-Baptiste Dumay
Jean-Baptiste Dumay , born the September 10th 1841 with the Creusot and dead the April 27th 1926 with Paris, is a Militant Ouvrier, Député and writer French.
It is him which, as a mayor of the city, proclaimed in 1871 transitory the Commune of Creusot.
