Jean-Baptiste Biard
Jean-Baptiste Biard was a French press baron, born in 1865 and deceased in 1938. Former workman typographer, it creates with Cherbourg (Handle), initially with the printer Feuardent, the Future cherbourgeois , then only, in 1889, the Alarm clock cherbourgeois , and, in 1905, the daily newspaper Cherbourg-Flash , ancestor of the Press of the English Channel .
