Jean-Baptiste Bernard Viénot de Vaublanc , knight of the Legion of honor, born on September 17th 1761 with Ouanaminthe with Santo Domingo with the Cape-French, (Cape-Haitian nowadays), dead on December 19th 1812 in Lithuania. Biography
