Jean-Baptist-Antoine Blatin , (1841 with Clermont-Ferrand, 1911) is a French politician. He was mayor of Clermont-Ferrand of 1884 with 1889, and appointed Puy-de-Dôme of 1885 with 1889. He was the great nephew of Antoine Blatin, mayor of Clermont-Ferrand of 1822 to 1830.

When he was appointed, he was the initiator of a legal text authorizing the incineration of the people deceased. He itself was incinerated and buried with the Cimetière of the Father-Lachaise in Paris.

He was also large Master of the Grand the East of France.

He was Médecin with the general hospital of Clermont-Ferrand, professor of medicine and author of scientific works.
