Conventional politician, born with Altkirch on January 21st, 1744, wire of the postmaster Laurent Pflieger. He died in Paris in 1809.
September 2nd, 1792, the voters of Haut-Rhin sent it like deputy to the national Convention.
In the lawsuit of Louis XVI, he voted, with the majority of the deputies, the death of the king.
In the month of March 1793, Convention charged it, with Jean-Antoine Louis, of a mission in Alsace: to recruit for the lifting of 300.000 French.
He was the mayor of his birthplace, Altkirch. His/her son, Jean-Adam Pflieger the Young person (1775-1846) was named mayor of Altkirch under the Monarchie of July.
