Java Specification Requests
Java Specification Requests (JSR) is a system standardized having for goal to make evolve/move the platform Java.
Presentation
There are currently 328 JSR. (1-300 & 901-927) They fill each one a quite precise role. For example:- the management of devices Bluetooth (jsr 82)
- the access to the personal informations (jsr 75)
Implementation
Certaines JSR is optional and the other obligatory ones. One can note for example that, under the new constraints of the markets, the evolution of standard MIDP1.0 (jsr 37) towards MIDP2.0 (jsr 118) saw the adoption of the management of request HTTP (before optional).
