Jaubert commando

Heir to the units of the free France created during the Second world war in Great Britain, the commando Jaubert bears the name of the commander François Jaubert, mortally wounded on January 25th 1946 in front of Tan Huyen (Cochinchine).

Its flag carries the Fourragère S of the Légion of honor, the Military decoration, and Military Cross of the Theaters of external operations.

Based with Lorient, this commando is specialized in the attack with the sea (extraction of people, attack by boats of a building on the way free, combat in closed medium).

Since 1962, the Jaubert commando continues to take part in many operations. One will quote among the most known these last years:
