History of S.O.S-Racism according to Serge Malik

The history of Serge Malik falls under the awakening of the racist phenomena of the beginning of the Années 1980. Believing in the combat antiracist like effective means to overcome intolerance, exclusion and the social inequalities, Malik from the sudden appearance of Harlem Désir in the emission of Michel Polac “Right of reply benefits” to give up its trade of actor and to begin in S.O.S Racism.

With the passing of years at his place the idea developed however that it had been handled by politicians for whom immigration and integration were only one instrument political. Deeply nauseated, the author entrusts in this book the history of what it perceives from now on like a mirage.

Big boss and founder of S.O.S Racism, Julien Dray is described by Malik like a go-getter handling Harlem Désir with his own way and organizing/locking the structure of S.O.S-Racism according to its own projects and political needs. It thus creates an association whose function would be the fight against exclusion in all its forms, mitigating the deficiency of media and associative means for wire and girls of immigrants, and who will rest in fact on what the author describes like hollow slogans and the falsification of myths founders. On the ground. the movement will especially be used for according to Malik relaying the PS and fighting the French Communist party.

Serge Malik also denounces in his work the support brought by the trade unions close to the Socialist party, the press, the networks maconnic and the over-representation of Jewish trade unionists (like UEJF) compared to the “beurs” within the leading authorities of the movement.
