Jasenička reka
The Jasenička reka , in Serb Cyrillic Јасеничкарека, is a river of Serbia. Its length is of 55 km. It is a right affluent of the the Danube.
Jasenička reka takes its source on the Eastern slopes of the mount Deli Jovan in the area of the Carpathes, in the east of Serbia. It spouts out with the foot of the mount Crni vrh (the " top noir") and takes the direction of the east. It is initially known under the name of Vrelska reka . The area is slightly populated (villages of Popovica and Trnjane).
The river enters then the area of the Negotinska krajina; between the villages of Karbulovo and Jasenica, it directs its race towards north and, as from this moment, it is generally known under the name of Jasenička reka. It is directed then towards the south at the village of Miloševo and, after a few kilometers, reached the town of Negotin, the regional center of Negotinska krajina. Jasenička reka is directed then towards the east, passes to Kobišnica and Bukovče. It is thrown in the the Danube to 1,5 km in the north of the mouth of the Timok.
