Jarnages

Jarnages is a common French, located in the department of the Creuse and the area the Limousin.

The inhabitants are called Jarnageois and Jarnageoises.

Geography

History

The commune of Jarnages is of very old foundation. Its name at the time of Gallo-Roman was Agarrusacum. With the the Middle Ages, Jarnages had a certain importance. It is Bertrand of Armagnac, count of the Walk, which made it strengthen in 1434.
