United Earth Space Honest Agency
United Earth Space Probe Agency (or UESPA) is an organization which would have preceded Starfleet. In 2266, James Kirk contacts United Earth Space Probe Agency to announce to him the destruction of USS Antares (Charlie). There exist some references to the UESPA in certain episodes of the series Voyager and Enterprise.
