James Watkins

James David Watkins (born the March 7th 1927), is a American politician . Member of the Republican party.

Chief of the Naval Operations of the June 30th 1982 with the June 30th 1986 in the government of Ronald Reagan. Secretary of State to the Energy of 1989 with 1993 in the government of George Bush.
