James Mr. Roe
James Mr. Roe (born in 1943) is a Astronome American amateur which resided at Oaxaca with the Mexico of 1995 with 2003. He currently saw with Saint Charles County (Missouri) (suburbs of Saint Louis in the Missouri) where he is the founder and the director of Alliance for Astronomy, Inc., a non-profit-making company working with the creation of a center of astronomy in the county of Saint Charles.
He is the only discoverer of Astéroïde S currently entered for the Mexico. According to the Minor Planet Center, he discovered 66 asteroids between 1998 and 2002.
