James LaBrie

Biography

Kevin James Labrie was born on May 5th 1963 with Penetanguishene, a city of the Canada in the Ontario. At 21 years, he undertakes courses of song with Rosemary Patricia Burns. Then he becomes singer of the group Winter Pink. Then, it joined a group of New York: Dream Theater which it will not leave any more.

Its musical influences are varied: Metallica, Aerosmith, Van Halen, Journey and Judas Priest as much as certain traditional type-setters like Mozart, Vivaldi or Beethoven. Its preferred singers count among Steve Perry (group Journey), Freddie Mercury, Sting, Paul Rodgers and Nat King Cole.

James currently lives with Toronto, Canada in company of his Karen wife, his Chloe daughter, and his son Chance Abraham.
