James Ingram

James Ingram , born the February 16th 1952 with Akron (Ohio, the United States of America), is a drunk singer American and also producing and Compositeur.

After having learned as an autodidact the Piano, the Guitar, the low , the battery and the Synthetizer, it starts in the music like member of the group Revelation Funk . In 1980, he writes the words of Just Once and One Hundred Ways for the album of Quincy Jones The Dude . He also collaborates with Ray Charles, Michael McDonald, Patti Austin, Natalie Cole or Kenny Rogers.

In 1985, he sings We Are the World with the USA for Africa. The same year, it gains a Grammy Award for its interpretation of Somewhere Out There in duet with Linda Ronstadt.
