honourable the James Colledge Pope , C.P. (born the June 11th 1826, deceased the May 18th 1885) was an prince-Edwardian politician . He was used as Prime Minister of the colony of the Island-of-Prince-Edouard of 1865 with 1867, and again as 1870 with 1872. He was also Prime Minister in 1873 when the island joint with the Canadian Confédération.
