The jamalac ( Syzygium samarangense ) is a tropical fruit tree of the family of the Myrtaceae originating in Malaysia. It can reach 10 meters height. Its fruit of conical form to the pink skin and a white flesh very crunching. Its taste is scented little and rough. It develops in bunch at the end of the branches.
