Jakob Heinrich von Flemming
Jakob Heinrich, count de Flemming , in German Jacob Heinrich Reichsgraf von Flemming , (Rewal, Poméranie 1667 - Vienna 1728) was a general and Saxon statesman .
Nephew of the Field-marshal Heino Heinrich von Flemming, it entered early to the service of the voter of Saxony, which honoured it with its friendship, and was named by Frederic-Auguste, successor of this prince, Feld-maréchal and Prime Minister.
He strongly contributed to ensure on the head of his Master the crown of Poland who was disputed to him by the prince de Conti. He pushed with strength the war against Charles XII, and he was not due to him which this prince was stopped at the time of the imprudent visit only he made with Dresden with king Auguste.
After the battle of Pultawa, it vainly tried to ensure the Livonie Saxony, and to decide the king de Prusse to declare the war with the Sweden.
