Jakob Bartsch (1600 - 1633), mathematician, astronomer and German doctor, born with Lauban (Poland, today Luban). Medical student with Padoue and Strasbourg, where it supports its doctorate in 1630, entitled Theses Hippocraticae ex IV Libris Hippocratis of morbis . Studying in mathematics and astronomy with Leipzig, he marries the girl of Kepler in 1630.

He created several Constellation S.
