The Jaculus gathers Gerboise S of the deserts, small rodent with long legs postpones, of the family of the Dipodidés.

A famous gerboise
The gerboise of Africa (or German Springmäuse) inspired in 1990 with the German draftsman Thomas Goletz the character of Diddl which quickly became a favorite of the children and teenagers of Europe.
