The general Jacques Philippe Delmas de Grammont (born the dead on July 23rd, 1796 on June 13rd, 1862), is famous to have made vote by the French National Assembly, the July 2nd 1850, a law known as Loi Grammont which punished of a fine from one to fifteen francs but also of a sorrow from one to five days of prison “  people having made publicly undergo ill treatments with the animaux  ” .
