Jacques d\' Izarn de Valady

Jacques d' Izarn de Fraissinet de Valady , count de Valady, (born the September 23rd 1766 with Villefranche de Rouergue - died the December 24th 1793 with Périgueux, the Dordogne was a French soldier, who made a short political career at the time of the Révolution.

In June 1789, officer with the French Guards, it refuses to shoot at the people and incurs the anger of Louis XVI.

It is Député Jacobin, whereas his/her brothers emigrate.

He votes the detention of the King (see his sales leaflet! : the vote does not take place to be, the question is regulated by the Constitution).

It becomes Girondin and is proscribed.

Captured in Périgueux, he is shot the December 24th 1793 (and not guillotine, because officer).

Its family returns in France and gives to deputies ultra monarchists.
