Jacques Sylla
Jacques Sylla (born in 1946), is a Malagasy Politician . Prime Minister of Madagascar of the February 26th 2002 with the January 19th 2007.
He was Foreign Minister under the presidency of Albert Zafy, of the March 27th 1993 with the September 5th 1996.
Originating in the Holy Island Marie, he is an enthusiastic catholic, father of four children. He is married has Yvette Sylla, born Rakoto, recognized historian.
Its proximity with the cardinal Armand Razafindratandra contributed to its accession at the post of Prime Minister.
