Jacques Stoquart
Jacques Stoquart (born on April four 1931, with Frameries, in Coal-mining in Belgium) is known as a scenario writer and a draftsman of Cartoon.
It followed artistic studies before making career in publicity, as a writer. He wrote scenarios of cartoons for Mitacq (Stany Derval), Merry Rene (Ivan Zourine, Illiade), William Vance (Ramiro), and for Eric for Cecile Schmidt (the homme' of Molokaai" and " We will not go any more in Jérusalem". To also add " " Steve Severin " with Merry Rene and 3 scenarios in twelve boards: " Jacques Fesch" , " Janusz Korzack" and " Helder Camarra for the Bayard Editions. Lastly, a scenario with Eric Loute: " Poisons of Mars" and a scenario for François Walthery: " A turn of passes-passe" '
