Jacques Rocca Serra
Jacques Rocca Serra (born the January 20th 1943) is a French Political personality , former senator of the Rhone delta (member of the group of the center Union, Union for the French democracy and of the MoDem). Elected official senator on September 24th, 1989, it was it until September 30th, 1998 (not re-elected). He is kinesitherapist.
President of UDF 13 and assistant of the mayor of Marseilles, it pourraît to join the Nouveau center ().
