Jacques Rebillard

Jacques Rebillard is a Politician French born the February 24th 1954 with Strasbourg. Former farmer, he is today regional adviser of Burgundy and general adviser of Saône-et-Loire.

Biography

Jacques Rebillard was born on February 24th, 1954 in Strasbourg. Finished studies, title of agricultural engineer out of pocket, it chooses to become farmer " by interest for the rural" medium;.

Enough quickly, in 1983, it takes public responsabilities at the municipal council for his commune. In 1985 he becomes General adviser of the canton of Marcigny, succeeding Paul Duraffour. Constantly re-elected at this station which it occupies still today, Jacques Rebillard asserts " two decisions founders for the canton of Marcigny" : the installation of an inter-commune charter which was the very first grouped operation of development of the communes of this canton, and, on January 1st, 1994, the creation of the Community of Communes.

From 1997 to 2002, it is Député PRG of the second district of the Saone and the Loire. It is a new stage for him. Locally, Jacques Rebillard is President of the control of the House of Charolais and, recently, President of the Mixed trade-union of the aerodrome of Yan Saint. Two responsibilities which enracinent its engagement on Charolais Brionnais.

Jacques Rebillard always conceived his role of elected official like a relational mission and animation of ground. He wants to be an elected official of France in bottom to act effectively with the National Assembly. After having finished in the second place with the first turn with 33,64% of the votes, behind Jean-Marc Nesme with 43,38%, it however reduces this variation thanks to the carryforwards of voice of other candidates (in particular André Chassort, Modem, with 6,81% and Alain Bailly, various left, with 4,86%). However it is beaten by Jean-Marc Nesme for only 75 votes (after recount of the bulletins asked by Jacques Rebillard), that is to say 49,90% for Jaques Rebillard and 50,10% for Jean-Marc Nesme. A history which is repeated since in 2002, it had already been beaten by the same adversary for tens of voice only.
