Jacques Martineau
Jacques Martineau is a Réalisateur and Scénariste French, born the July 8th 1963 with Montpellier.
Biography
After having passed his adolescence with Nice, Jacques Martineau carries out long studies with the National university, where it will obtain his aggregation of letters and a doctorate. Its university course will lead it to teach with faculty.
In 1997, the young teacher starts an artistic career with his friend Olivier Ducastel. They will carry out together their first feature-length film Jeanne and the formidable boy , musical comedy whose Jacques Martineau will be the Co-scenario writer. He is currently lecturer at the university Paris X of Nanterre at the department Lettres Languages Philosophy (LLphi) where he exempts, according to the years, of the lectures and directed work.
Its films describe a " quiet homosexuality, assumée" , according to Alain Brassart, author of Homosexuality in the French cinema: Jeanne and the formidable boy, (1998), Funny of Felix (2000) and Shellfish and Shells (2005.)
