Jacques Livchine

Jacques Livchine (pseudonym of Jacques Rappoport ) was born in 1943 with Chambon-on-Lignon (Haute-Loire). He is a pioneer of the Théâtre of street in France.

Biography

After its studies with the College Claude Bernard, with Paris, the college Shakes with Versailles, then with the college of Sevres, it obtains a license of letters to the Sorbonne with a certificate of theatrical Studies.

It founds the Théâtre of the Unit in 1968 with Issy-les-Moulineaux, which becomes a professional company in 1972 with Miserly and Co according to Molière. It forms a trio of creation with Hervée de Lafond and Claude Acquart. He is the principal instigator of the creation of the Ligue of French improvisation in 1981.
