Jacques II of Aragon

Jacques II the Juste (cat.: Jaume II El Just , cast. : Jaime II ), born v. 1267, dead the November 5th 1327 with Barcelona, king de Sicile, then king d' Aragon and of Valence and count de Barcelone, was the second wire of Pierre III of Aragon and Constance of Hohenstaufen.
It was initially king de Sicile of 1285 with 1291 under the name of Jacques Ier then, with died of his older brother the king d' Aragon Alphonse III '' the Franc '', gave up Sicily with his young brother Frederic II of Sicily to become itself king d' Aragon of 1291 with 1327.
In 1295, it occupied the Royaume of Murcie to the costs of the Castille, but it had to return this kingdom in 1304 by the Traité of Torrellas.
November 1st 1295, it marries Blanche of Anjou
It had a big role for the management of the goods and the people during the dissolution of the Ordre of the Temple, in Aragon.
