Jacques Higelin

Jacques Victor Joseph Higelin more known under the name of Jacques Higelin is a Auteur-compositeur-interprète and actor French born the October 18th 1940 with Husk-on-Chantereine, in Seine-et-Marne (France), of Alsatian father and a Belgian mother. Born before 1967, it is with Pierre Arditi, a famous case of non-transmission of the Belgian nationality according to this case of figure.
