Jacques Heuclin
Jacques Heuclin (born the July 10th 1946 with Paris (10 {{E}}) and dead on October 31st, 2007), is a Politician French. Member of the Socialist party.
Studies and community activity
It makes the whole of its primary and secondary studies with Pontault-Combault (Seine-et-Marne) before obtaining a Patent of commercial teaching to the Paul-Doumer college of the the Perreux-on-Marne (the Valley-of-Marne).
It integrates, in 1969, company OTH (Technical Omnium of the Habitat), research department within which it will exert the function of management auditor until 1978.
In parallel, it begins in 1971 a career of racing driver. Pilot amateur at the beginning, it will obtain its first professional contract in 1975. Until its withdrawal, for health reason, in 2003, it will take part 11 times in the 24 hours of Mans, and will gain in particular a championship of France of the circuits. Extremely of these results, he will be member elect of the gold medal of Youth and the Sports.
Political commitment and mandates
Interested by the step of the “2nd left”, it adheres in 1968 to PSU of Michel Rocard before joining, in 1971, the PS at the time of the Congrès of Épinay.
In 1977, he is elected mayor Pontault-Combault. He will be re-elected in 1983,1989,1995 and 2001, as of the first turn.
He is elected, in 1979, general adviser of the canton of “Roissy-in-Brie/Pontault-Combault/Pontcarré/Ozoir-the-Tool bag”. In 1985, it again gains this election after the creation of new the Canton of Pontault-Combault.
From 1986 to 1997, it sits within the assembly of the District council of Ile-de-France.
Between 1991 and 1993, it makes its entry with the National Assembly in substitution of Alain Vivien, mayor of Combs-the-City, appointed secretary of foreign affairs by the president Mitterrand.
In 1997, he is elected appointed Ninth district of Seine-et-Marne. This one gathers 48 communes, close to: 180000 inhabitants (2006), who gathers the cantons of Brie-Count-Robert Combs-the-City, Pontault-Combault and of Tournan-in-Brie. But it is beaten in 2002 then in 2007 by Guy Geoffroy.
Parallel to his political commitment, Jacques Heuclin was freemason of the Great East of France. After being initiated with the cabin the Rings (Perreux), it takes part in the foundation of the cabin Volney 89 of Pontault-Combault of which he was member until his death.
In September 2007, it undergoes an surgical operation. He dies the October 31st 2007 of the continuations of an lung infection.
