Jacques Fouchier

Jacques Fouchier is a Politician French born on June 10th, 1913 with Mauzé-sur-le-Mignon (Two-Sevres) and deceased on February 23rd, 1994 with Saint-Maixent-the School (Two-Sevres). He was veterinary surgeon.
