Jacques Deschenaux is a sporting Journaliste Suisse, born on December 9th, 1945 with Freiburg.

Biography

It made all its career with the French-speaking Switzerland Télévision (TSR), in Geneva, in the capacity as journalist at the Department of the sports, then of Juriste specialized in the acquisition of the rebroadcast rights sporting. It moreover directed the Department of the Sports of the TSR of 1994 to 2001.

It presented more than thousand emissions, of which the Eurovision Contest of the Song in 1989, with Lolita Morena. He commented on the Alpine skiing during 19 winters (of 1976 with 1994) and covered twelve editions of the Olympic Games, of 1976 to 2000, that is to say six Plays of summer and six Plays of winter.

He is above all known like Mister Formule 1 to have commented on the Grands Prix since 1973. He passed the course of the 500 Large-Prices to Indianapolis, on June 17th, 2007.

In 1972, it published a biography of the Swiss pilot OJ Siffert. Since 1979, it publishes each year the Grand Prix Guides , a reference book and statistics intended for the specialized press. In 2007, it published " My Course" , a work in which it recalls its professional path
