Jacques Delhy

Jacques Delhy is a French political personality, born the May 9th 1950 with Saint-Mandé (the Valley-of-Marne).

He was appointed socialist of the Tenth district of the Seine-Saint-Denis of the June 12th 1988 at April 1st 1993. Carried by the " bleue" vagueness; RPR of 1993, it is beaten by the mayor of Aulnay-sous-Bois Jean-Claude Abrioux.

Since he teaches the history with the college Gerald Philippe (Aulnay under wood)
