Amateur, it gained the race Bordeaux-Holy in 1973.

  • Each year since 1988 is organized in the commune of Saujon in Charente-Maritime, a cyclosportive excursion of more than 150 km bearing its name: the Jacques Bossis and cash for the national trophy UFOLEP.
