Jacques-François Roger
The baron Jacques-François Roger (1779-1849) is a former governor of the Senegal.
Biography
August 1st The baron was made build a true castle with Richard-Toll, sometimes called “the madness of the baron Roger”, inhabited thereafter by Louis Faidherbe, before being transformed into monastery then in school.
