Jaco Van Dormael
Jaco Van Dormael (born the February 9th 1957 with Ixelles) is a Belgian scenario writer. After studies of cinema (taken sights and realization) to the INSAS (Brussels) and Louis-Light (Paris), he becomes director of theater for children and clowns. Currently it belongs to the largest pillars of the Belgian cinema with the Dardenne brothers and others. It raises his two daughters, Clarence and Elise and is described like a scenario writer, realizer but especially artist.
His/her brother, Pierre Van Dormael, is a Belgian type-setter.
Starting from 1980, it launches out in the cinematographic realization. It carries out a series of short films in which one discovers the imaginary one that it will develop later in its feature-length films.

Currently, Jaco Van Dormael ensures the setting in scene of plays as one couldn't like a little? with Eric De Staercke in the main role. It also ensures a turning of a film with Eva (Gaëlle) Green and Jared Leto.
