Jacksonville

Jacksonville is a city located in Florida, with the the United States of America. It counted 782 623 inhabitants in 2005 and its agglomeration 1 321 939 inhabitants. It is thus the most populated city Florida, and the thirteenth one of the United States.

Geography

Jacksonville is located at 30°19 ′ 10 ″ NR, 81°39 ′ 36 ″ O, to approximately 40 km in the south of the border with the Georgia. It is the principal city of the area of First Coast which includes/understands the north-eastern littoral of Florida. It is centered on banks of the St Johns River. Jacksonville has to it tenth Arab community of the country. 26,7% of the population have less than 18 years, 9,7% has between 18 and 24 years, 32,3% from 25 to 41 years, 21% from 45 to 64 and 10,3% 65 years or more. The Middle Age is 34 years.

According to the data of 2000, the first languages of the inhabitants are for 90,6% of the population the English, for 4,13% the Spanish and 1% the Tagalog.
