Jaca
Jaca ( Chaca in Aragonese), is a commune of the Province of Huesca, in Spain.
It is the capital of the Comarque of Jacetania, with a population of 12.553 inhabitants to the 2005.
She is located at the north of the province, in the Valley of the Aragon, with the foot of the Oroel mount, in the middle of the the Pyrenees, which does one of the best places of it to practice the Winter sports in Spain.
Its principal tourist attractions are the Cathédrale San Pedro de Jaca and the citadel, the winter sports, the bi-annual festival of musics of the world. Jaca is on the Camino aragones. There is also a Palate of the congresses.
Jaca is candidate with the Winter Olympics of 2014.
