The jet (of Latin gagâtes , stone of Pledges, in Lycie) is a Gemme Fossile formed by the action of the oceanic pressure on wood, it is the coal larger Dureté. This name indicates also a black shining, often with reflections metal Bleu. Synonym of wing of corbel, it belongs to the black chromatic field.
