Jörg Haider , born the January 26th 1950 with Bad Goisern (High-Austria) is a Austrian politician .
He was president of the Liberal party of Austria (FPÖ) of 1986 with 2000, replaced since at this station by Susanne Riess-To pass, Herbert Haupt and finally Ursula Haubner (his/her sister).
In April 2005, it makes secession of the FPÖ and founds the Bündnis Zukunft Österreich (BZÖ, alliance for the future of Austria) to continue the policy of alliance with the conservative party ÖVP.

Ideology
Jörg Haider was made known whole Europe for its policy Populiste and Xénophobe. It is also famous in its neighbors for his virulence against the Slavic ones what is translated in its province by its opposition to the Slovenien schools and the bilingual road panels.
May 7th 2007, in the columns of the popular newspaper Österreich, this one was described as “model” for the new Head of French State, Nicolas Sarkozy. “It is an irony of the history which the French elect now their Jörg Haider, and a satisfaction that the `Napoleon of pocket', Jacques Chirac, belongs from now on past “.
