Ivan Serov
Ivan Aleksandrovich Serov (Russian ИванАлександровичСеров), born on August 13rd, 1905, dead on July 1st, 1990, was the first chief of the KGB from March 13rd, 1954 to December 8th, 1958. He was also general of NKVD.
In 1926 Serov becomes member of the Communist party of Soviet Union, In 1939 He attends the Military academy Frouze and continues his career within the ministry for the interior matters in February of the same year. Between 1939 and 1941 Serov becomes police chief of the People to the interior matters of the Soviet Socialist République of Ukraine Between 1941 and 1945 Serov was named first vice-minister of the police station of the people to the safety of state, then vice-minister of the police station of the people to the interior matters of the USSR
