Ivan II of Russia
Ivan II of Russia , born the March 30th 1326, dead the November 13rd 1359, known as Krotki or Débonnaire was large prince of Moscow and Vladimir of 1353 with 1359.
It was the third wire of Ivan I {{er}} Kalita.
In 1339, his/her father takes it along with his brother Siméon near the Horde of Gold to make them accept by the Mongolian of which it are vassal and collector taxes for the areas of Moscow and Vladimir.
In 1340, it remains alone among Horde.
In 1341, following the death of their father Ivan Ier, it accompanies his/her brother who will be made invest by the Gold Horde.
In 1353, after the death of Siméon, its two sons and its brother Andre, it will be made in his turn recognize by the Gold Horde. Ivan II, remained only heir to its family and become Large prince de Moscou and to Vladimir, will be a chief less skilful than Siméon Ist Happily, he found the assistance of Alexis, métropolite of Moscow of 1353 with 1378, him even resulting from a family of boyards and which had all qualities of a statesman. It took well in hands the businesses of the Great Principality. Under the reign of Ivan II, the fight with the allied Lithuania with the Poland began. One also started to beat currency in Moscow at that time.
Ivan II died the November 13rd 1359, in Moscow, and was buried with the Arkhangelski cathedral of Moscow.
In 1341, it had married Théodosia, girl of prince Dimitri de Briansk, died in 1342 then in 1345, a certain Alexandra, died in 1364, with whom it had a son:
