Its Gohan

Its Gohan is a character of the Manga Dragon Ball .

History

Childhood

Its Gohan is the son of Chichi and Its Gokû, and the older brother of His Goten. His/her parents baptized it in memory of the adoptive grandfather of Gokû, which lives in the other world. Pushed by his mother to devote itself to her studies as of its more young age, it is very intelligent but it does not have the right to practice the martial arts like his father.

At the four years age (at the time of the first episode of Dragon Ball Z ), Its Gohan is removed by Raditz, the brother of Its Gokû, but this last, helped of Piccolo, manages to save it while being sacrificed to beat Raditz. They die transpierced by Makankô Sappô de Piccolo, which him, indicator that Gohan has in him an extraordinary potential of combat when it is put in anger, then decides to involve it during one year before the arrival of the Saiyens Végéta and Nappa.

Thus during more than six months, Its Gohan is left on its own account in full desert, where he learns how little by little to manage and where he acquires a great control of his body. Noting its progress, Piccolo then decides to involve it with the combat during the remaining months.

However, when their enemies arrive on Earth, Gohan is impressed too much to have courage to fight against Nappa, but when Piccolo is sacrificed to save it, its anger gives him courage and he finally manages to fight. Finally, Krilin and manages to him to put in Végéta failure at the end of a very long combat.

Its Gohan leaves then with Bulma and Krilin on Namek to recover the Dragon Balls. It goes in the big boss of the Nameks who releases his potential of combat. It is in spite of very impotent vis-a-vis the Commando Ginyû and against Freezer.

Adolescence

It is after the arrival of Cell that the true power of Its Gohan appears. Become adolescent, it goes with his father in the room of the Spirit and is involved without slackening. During this stay, it succeeds in being transformed into Super Saiyan, which however is not yet sufficient to overcome Cell. Of return on Ground, Its Gokû designates his/her son to face Cell but Gohan, which hates the combat, does not come to end from the monster. It is when Cell causes it by sending the Mini-Concealment S to attack his/her friends whom His Gohan puts truly in anger. This one, after the useless sacrifice of C-16, finally manages to exceed the level of Super Saiyan to beat it. It is transformed into SSJ2.

Later, it acts as a masked dispenser of justice (the intergalactic Guerrier , or Great Saiyaman ), while following its courses to the school of Mr. Satan. It meets Videl, which teaches him the imminent organization from new a Tenka Ichi Budôkai. Its Gohan decides to be registered there, but the events turn badly and it leaves in company of Its Gokû, Krilin, Végéta, and Kaiô Shin to prevent Babidi from awaking terrible the Boo. Gohan faces Dabra with which it makes good match but the combat is stopped by this last which saw Vegetated about it a servant of luxury for his Master Babidi. While Gokû and Majin-Vegetated clash, Its Gohan and Kaiô Shin in vain try to prevent the return to the life of Boo but Saiyan is very easily overcome (and left for dead) by the disproportionate power of the creature

Kaiô Shin and Kibito end up finding it and take along it on crowned planet of the gods to prepare it to face Boo. Its Gohan unearths Z-Sword there, supposed to enable him to kill Boo, but by involuntarily breaking it against a block of Katshin, the hardest metal of L universe, it releases in fact the senior Kaiô Shin. This last, during an interminable meeting of Meditation, develops the potential of Gohan which acquires a phenomenal force then, to see as much larger than his/her father at the stage of Super Saiyan 3 but remains less tested

Whereas it seems able to overcome Boo, under the eyes of Trunks, Its Goten and Picolo, Boo uses a trick to absorb their bodies and to assimilate them. It turns over the situation and becomes more powerful than Its Gohan however to the maximum of its potential. They will be finally saved by Its Gokû and Végéta, but temporarily because a few moments later Boo explodes the Earth and alone Gokû, Végéta, Dendé, Mr. Satan and the puppy leaves itself there.

However, Gokû requires of the Dragon crowned to give again with the Earth its initial state, and of ressusciter all its inhabitants. It then succeeds in overcoming Boo and bringing back the days of peace on Earth. Thereafter, Its Gohan becomes the scientist who he always wanted to be, and Marie with Videl, with which they will have a little girl, Pan.

Alternative future

In the future of Trunks, where Its Gokû died of a cardiac disease, Its Gohan, become adult, is, with Trunks, the only warrior having survived terrible the Cyborg S C-17 and C-18. It will lose its arm at the time of this combat. It becomes despite everything the Master of Trunks, and will involve it with becoming Super Saiyan. He will face Cyborgs, without the Trunks teenager, but those end up killing it.
