Itō

Itō (ja 伊東市, Itō-shi ) is a city (ja 市, shi ) located on the east coast of the Péninsule of Izu, in the Préfecture of Shizuoka, with the Japan. The city was founded on August 10th, 1947. Population of the east city of: 75268 inhabitants for a surface of 124,12  km (2004).

Tourism is an important activity with Itō; the city is indeed a seaside resort and shelters Onsen .
