Issilkoul

Issilkoul (in Russian: Исилькуль) is a city of the Oblast d' Omsk, in Russia, and the administrative center of the Raïon of Issilkoulski. The city is to 137 km in the west of Omsk and to 16 km of the border of the Kazakhstan. The population of Issilkoul rose with: 26549 inhabitants with the census of 2002.

The name Issilkoul is originating in Central Asia and could mean magic lake .

Issilkoul is on the railroad Transsibérien.
