Isoleucine

Isoleucine is an Amino-acid ramified, not polar, Hydrophobe. It is an Amino-acid essence at the Man, it must be brought by the food. It has the second asymmetrical carbon in addition to carbon α, only the form 2S-3S is met in nature. The occurrence of isoleucine within the human Protéine S is approximately 4%.
