Isabelle Chassot

Isabelle Chassot , born the March 28th 1965, is a Political personality Suisse of the left Christian-Democrat.

Biography

Born from an Austrian mother and a Freibourgese father, it follows his studies and obtains, in 1984, its maturity of Latin-Greek to the college Holy-Cross with Freiburg. She studies then the right, bilingual mention, until in 1988 with the Université of Freiburg before passing her patent of lawyer E in 1992 and exerting with the bar.

Of 1991 with 2001, it is elected appointed with the Grand the Council of the Canton of Freiburg. During the same time, it is personal collaborator of the federal advisers Arnold Koller and Ruth Metzler-Arnold. In 2001, it becomes Freibourgese adviser of State at the Management of the state education, the culture and sport (DICS). She is re-elected in first position in 2006 with 59% of the votes.

Since 2006, it is president of the conference of the cantonal directors of the state education.
