Isabella Andreini
Isabella Andreini born Canali with Padoue in 1562 and died with Lyon the June 11th 1604 is a poetess and Actrice of Commedia dell' arte .
She gave her first name to the character-type of in love, character not only of one great beauty but also érudite and crafty one. She is famous as much by her great talent of actress, that in her writings. Its sonnets inspired the French poet in particular Isaac Of Ryer (1568 - 1634).
In 1578, the young person Isabella Canali enters the troop of the actors Gelosi , while marrying, at the sixteen years age, the thirty year actor Francesco Andreini which played the character of the captain under the name of Spavento .
In 1603, the Gelosi arrive at Paris and it is the first woman to be gone up on scene in the French capital.
