Ironman 70.3 is a competition of Triathlon derived from the Ironman. It gathers like it three tests, but the distance from the three tests is divided by 2:

  • swimming: 1,9 km ( 3,86 km)
  • bicycle: 90 km ( 180,2 km)
  • race on foot: 21,1 km ( 42,2 km)
